Every week, one hour of live, realistic practice.
Not discussion questions about business topics, actual situations you'll recognise:
negotiating and holding your position
disagreeing without damaging the relationship
handling a difficult or uncomfortable conversation
meeting etiquette: interrupting, clarifying, taking the floor
delivering bad news, pushing back on a deadline, saying no
You practise them here, with support, so that when they happen at work you've done them before.
Apply
Between sessions, the platform lets you work on your own language, grammar, vocabulary and accuracy at your level, so the gaps that slow you down get smaller over time.
Repeat
Confidence isn't a decision, it's a by-product of repetition. Week after week, the situations that used to make you tense become routine.
Built to reflect real life - mixed level by design
My live group includes both B2 and C1 professionals, and that's deliberate.
The skills we practise, negotiating, disagreeing, chairing, clarifying, are challenging at every level. Nobody is held back and nobody is left behind, because we're training the skill, not the grammar.
Meanwhile, the platform gives you a separate track at your own level, so your individual language work stays exactly where it should be.
And it reflects reality: the international teams you work in are mixed-level too.
